Instructors are responsible for educating students through both classroom instruction and hands-on lab experiences, ensuring effective teaching practices and supporting each student’s academic growth. They are expected to manage the classroom environment and foster a positive, engaging learning atmosphere. In addition, instructors provide support, tutoring, and other assistance as needed, while consistently modeling the professional conduct, language, and behaviors expected from students.
Qualified candidates should have:Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent demonstration of integrity and professionalism
- Comfortable working in an environment focused on observation and coaching
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for problem-solving
- Basic computer applications skills
Salary and Benefits:
- High school diploma / GED or higher
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Electrical / Electronics field
- Relevant Certification Desired
